The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a personality typing system that is designed around the idea that there are 9 types of personality.

The word ‘Enneagram’ is made up of two greek words: “Ennea” meaning 9 and “gram” meaning diagram or drawing. The Enneagram symbol itself shows the links between all of the different types and where each Type moves in stress and in health.

What makes the Enneagram so unique and transformative is the way it encompasses so many moving parts to help describe one’s personality. The Enneagram not only describes the core motivations and fears behind your behaviours, but also reveals where you move in health and in stress so that you can recognize these signs and make adjustments as you live out your identity. Instead of focusing on the past, it helps you understand your core self and how you move within and relate to the world around you based on your unique perspective as your type.

As a Certified Enneagram Coach, my goal is to help you not only ‘track’ your primary Enneagram type, but also help you ‘traverse’ through the complexity of your type so that you can apply that knowledge to your relationships, career, and family life. You will notice a quick and significant difference in your self-awareness and as you begin to apply the knowledge of the Enneagram to your life. Then I’ll journey with you as you use this information to ‘transform’ your life in specific areas to begin to become the person you were made to be.

Read over the nine descriptions below and see if you recognize yourself! If you have any questions, book a free consultation with Stacy and she can guide you.
